A full-court transformation for modern community play ~
Overview
Apartment management came to us looking to revamp 2 old decrepit tennis courts from the 80s that were no longer usable. With limited knowledge of pickleball, they knew they wanted to transform the space into a tennis and pickleball social haven for residents with ample space for socializing and spectating and a functional design with access on both sides.

Before & After
< Previous Project

Our team designed a setup that kept one tennis court and added three extra-wide pickleball courts. A pedestrian pathway allows simple access, while interior fencing ensures uninterrupted play.
Results & Community
Impact
The results of the investment speak for themselves — with residents now flocking the courts each evening and tournaments being held on weekends multiple times a quarter. The extra space allows residents to spectate without disrupting the game.
